  1. Strategy workshop to define the goals and fields of action of the process
  2. Formation of a representative project group
  3. Definition of specific measures
  4. Final target agreement with the management to implement the measures over a period of three years
  5. Assessment by an external certification body
  6. Once you have received the certificate, your company will be integrated into the network of certified family-friendly employers.
