Certification process:
Together, we develop individualised family-friendly measures that are tailored to the needs of everyone involved. This certification process is precisely structured and guarantees customised results:
- Strategy workshop to define the goals and fields of action of the process
- Formation of a representative project group
- Definition of specific measures
- Final target agreement with the management to implement the measures over a period of three years
- Assessment by an external certification body
